Inside Track Resources is the nonprofit organization, founded in 2021, that provides The Real Deal Collective program for small business owners in the Oklahoma City metro.

Inside Track Resource's mission is leveling the playing field for proven small businesses, providing access to people and knowledge that change the trajectory of their business. We provide education, resources and connections to a diverse community of growth-stage businesses, with a special focus on women and minority-owned businesses, resulting in economic development and sustainable communities.
